Warren maintains a general solicitor’s practice with particular focus on commercial and real estate transactions as well as probate and estate matters. He has developed a significant insolvency practice and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in advising and representing the Firm’s farm clientele in our Deloraine satellite office.

 

Warren has served on numerous local boards and has been active in the minor sports community in Brandon. He has taught both adult and continuing legal education courses and has served as an examiner for candidates for admission to the Manitoba Bar.

 

Warren received his post-secondary education at the University of Western Ontario, and graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba in 1974. He served his articles with Meighen Haddad LLP and has practiced with the Firm since his admission to the Bar in 1975.  He was appointed as King’s Counsel in 1991.
